Contingent search means you pay only upon a successful hire, while retained search involves a more in-depth, dedicated recruitment process and a guaranteed outcome.

Yes, we offer both pre-hire services to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success for your new employees and their families when applicable.

The timeline varies depending on the role’s complexity, but we pride ourselves on timely delivery. Typically, we fill most positions within 45 days. Senior and highly specialized roles can take longer to fill.

For Refer & Earn

Refer & Earn is our way of rewarding you for connecting top talent with our clients. When you refer a qualified candidate who is hired and completes 60 business days of employment, you’ll receive a minimum $500 cash bonus. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping build exceptional teams.

Participation is open to individuals in our network. We host local curated events that keep you informed and connected. If you’re not yet part of our network, sign up to gain access to event invitations and our Refer & Earn bonus.

All referrals must be submitted online through our dedicated referral form. Please include:

·        The candidate’s name and contact information

·        A summary of their qualifications and relevant experience

If your referred candidate remains employed for at least 60 business days, we will notify you and promptly issue the referral payment.

Referral payments are considered income, so you may have tax obligations. If you receive $600 or more in a calendar year, a Form 1099 may be required.

No, there’s no limit. Each successful hire qualifies for a separate bonus, provided the 60-business-day requirement is met.

Yes. We reserve the right to amend or discontinue the program as needed. Any updates will be posted on our website.
