Davine Bey is a seasoned talent management executive and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in the industry. Davine has held numerous senior leadership positions in Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management within fortune 100 companies, global law firms, and Ivy League institutions.

Davine is a thought leader in the fieldof talent management and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Le Moyne College, and holds an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology’s Saunders College of Business. When Davine is not working, he enjoys playing golf, traveling the world, and indulging in global cuisine with his wife and adult sons.

AJ is a highly effective, proactive recruiter with 15 years of experience, distinguished by his specialized expertise in utilities infrastructure and executive-level talent acquisition. During his tenure at Essential Utilities, Inc., AJ led multiple high-profile recruiting initiatives, helping bridge critical talent gaps in the utilities sector. Alongside his notable work in utilities, he has also driven successful recruiting strategies across tech, higher education, and life science industries, leveraging an extensive network of professional connections. A consistent theme throughout his career is his ability to nurture strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. 

AJ holds an MBA and a BS in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Le Moyne College.
