In this highly visible role, you will be at the heart of developing and executing the growth strategies that fuel our business. You will bring your product management expertise to influence our roadmaps and shape our success.

Location: Syracuse, NY (Preferred)
Remote: Open to remote candidates willing to travel occasionally to Syracuse, NY.

Your Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, market size, and competitive positioning.
• Pinpoint growth opportunities (new markets, product categories, channels)
• 
  

Strategic Execution

• Develop comprehensive business plans addressing channel/marketing strategies, resource planning, product roadmaps, and operational support
• Champion data-driven decision-making to discover growth trends and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• 
  

New Product Development

• Support essential business processes, including new product development, long-range planning, and budgeting
• Shape the product roadmap for Pass & Seymour Wiring Devices
• 
  

Sales & Marketing Support

• Participate in sales and marketing material creation: catalogs, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• Represent Legrand at trade shows, national sales meetings, and other key industry events
• 
  

Ideal Background & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA a plus)
• 3+ years of new product management and marketing experience
• Electrical/electrical industry knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with IoT, SMART lighting, or protocols like Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi
• Strong presentation and project management software skills
• Excellent verbal/written communication, effective listening, and cross-functional collaboration
